His neighbor decided to reinstall Compaq windows from the cab files on C: as the CD was lost. After 3 trys and more and more problems (NTkernel) he decided to install regular Windows 95B and at least got it to boot but now it's been dumped on my desk as he could not get the machine to recognize the CDROM.

It came with 8 MB of RAM and was pre-installed with Windows for Workgroups 3.11. In 1998, Windows 3.11 became corrupted.
